| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 코로나바이러스감염증-19라는 감염병 상황으로 인한 의료사회복지사의 역할 변화를 확인하고, 포스트 코로나에 나아가야 할 방향을 모색하기 위하여 수행되었다. 관련 문헌고찰을 통하여 의료사회복지사의 7대 직무를 검토하고, 시대적 상황에 따른 역할의 변화를 살펴봄으로써 코로나바이러스감염증-19 이전의 역할을 확인하였다. 그리고 현장의 의료사회복지사들을 대상으로 심층 질적 인터뷰를 통하여 코로나바이러스감염증-19 상황에서의 역할 변화를 살펴보았다. Glaser의 근거이론에 기반하여 자료를 분석한 결과, 환자의 경제적 위기 증가 및 코로나바이러스감염증-19로 인한 행정 업무 확대, 환자와의 줄어든 접점으로 인한 역할 축소, 직접 대면 불가로 인한 네트워킹 축소, 온라인 교육 확대로 인한 현상 유지로 역할 변화의 범주를 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 코로나 시대에 대응하기 위한 의료사회복지사의 효과적인 역할 수행 방안을 도출하였으며, 감염병이라는 큰 변화를 통하여 위기를 기회 삼아 의료사회복지가 나아가야 할 방향 및 장기적인 관점에서의 역할 준비가 필요함을 제안하였다. | - |
