| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 누적적 이익-불이익 이론에 근거하여 독거노인의 생애전반에 걸친 성별 소득 격차가 건강에 미치는 영향을 검증해보고자 하였다. 이에 본 연구는 2020년 노인실태조사 자료를 활용하여, 독거노인의 성별이 주관적 건강상태에 미치는 영향에서 소득의 매개효 과를 PROCESS macro by Hayes(2013)를 활용하여 분석하였다(N=3,112). 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 독거노인 남성이 여성에 비해 주관적 건강상태가 더 좋았다. 둘째, 독거노인 남성이 여성에 비해 소득이 더 높았다. 셋째, 독거노인의 남성이 여성에 비해 주관적 건강상태가 더 좋았는데, 이 둘 간의 관계를 소득이 매개하였다. 본 연구 결과 를 토대로 사회경제적 격차가 건강 격차로 이어지지 않도록 하는 정책적 보장에 대해 제언 하였다. | - |
