사회적 기업의 사회문제 해결 가능성 모색: 사회적 기업 조직과 지원제도에 대한 인식을 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구는 2018년 사회적가치연구원에서 실시한 <2018 사회적 가치 서베이> 결과를 활용하여, 사회적 기업의 사회문제 해결 기여에 대한 인식의 영향요인을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 사회적 기업 조직에 대한 인식이 긍정적일수록 사회적 기업의 사회문제 해결 기여에 대한 인식은 높아진다. 사회적 기업에 대한 인센티브 제도는 사회문제 해결 기여에 대한 인식에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않으며, 정부지원금이 높을수록 오히려 사회문제 해결 기여에 대한 인식은 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 본 연구는 사회적 기업가 정신의 함양을 위한 실질적인 교육 훈련 정책의 마련을 비롯하여 인센티브 제도, 정부지원금 제도와 같은 기존 정책의 개선 방향을 제시한다.

This study empirically analyzes the impact factors of social enterprises of perceptions of their contributions to solving social problems using the data collected from the <2018 Social Value Survey> of the Center for Social Value Enhancement Studies. As a result of the analysis, the higher the social entrepreneurship, the higher the awareness of social enterprise's contribution to solving social problems. Incentive systems for social enterprises do not significantly affect perceptions of contributions to social problem solving, and the higher government funding, the lower the awareness of contributions to social problem solving. Through these results, the study presents directions for improvement in existing policies, such as incentive and government funding institution, as well as the preparation of practical education and training policies to foster social entrepreneurship.
