| dc.description.abstract | 2000년대 들어 세계화, 급속한 경제 성장 및 민주사회의 발달로 새로운 사회적 문제들이 발생하여 통일정책의 중요성이 점차 줄어들고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 우리나라의 통일정책이 한반도의 통일이라는 궁극적인 목표를 이룰 수 있을지, 단기적 시각에서 대북지원과 군사적 대응만을 지속하며 허울뿐인 통일정책으로 남을지에 대해서는 미지수이다. 이에 본 연구는 2000년 이후 추진된 통일정책 분석과 텍스트마이닝을 통한 통일 이슈분석을 진행해 정책적 변화와 이슈의 흐름에 대한 분석하여 향후 통일정책 발전방향에 관한 정책적 제언을 도출하는 것을 목표로 한다. 분석결과, 통일 관련 사회적 관심은 여전히 외교적 관리와 북한관련 위험관리 및 협력 등에 대한 정부의 역할을 촉구하고 있는 상황이지만 통일 관련 예산과 정책사업의 비중은 지속적으로 감소하고 있다는 것을 확인하였다. | - |
