- Abstract
- 본 연구에서는 공공선택론, 정치시장이론, 공론장 이론에 기반하여 시민 사회가 광역지방자치단체의 갈등 조례 제정에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증하고자 하였다. 패널 로짓 모형을 구축하여 독립변수로는 신문기사 수, 시민단체 수, 지방자치단체장의 소셜 미디어 사용여부, 갈등발생 건수를 채택하였으며, 종속변수는 갈등관리조례를 사용하였다. 분석 결과, 신문기사와 시민단체가 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 지방자치단체장의 소셜 미디어 사용 여부는 통계적 의미가 결여되었다. 또한 갈등 사건의 발생여부에 따라 시민들의 갈등 조례에 관한 수요 변화가 조례제정에 유의미한 결과를 미치는 것으로 파악되어, 시민사회가 지방자치단체의 조례 제정에 영향을 미치고 있음이 확인되었다.
