초록
A highly efficient domino process consisting of conjugatesubstitution, nucleophilic addition, and cycloisomerization fromthe reaction of enaminonitrile with propargylamine allowed for asuccessive double ring closure to afford a densely functionalizedimidazo[1,2-a]pyridine through formation of three C─N bonds.
