초록
This study is an analysis of what factor affects the enactment of a conflict ordinance by local governments. based on theory of new institutionalism (Isomorphism), the occurrence of conflicts in the region, the number of newspaper articles, the cumulative rate of enactment of conflict ordinances by local governments and the number of nonprofit organizations affects the establishment of conflict ordinance for local governments in South Korea. Spatial Analysis(GIS) and A history event model estimation reveals that the cumulative rate of enactment of conflict ordinances by local governments and the NGO makes a statistically significant effect. It is confirmed that interactions between local governments and the activities of nonprofit organizations in the region affects the enactment of the ordinance by local governments.
