Analysis of Influencing Factors of Organizational Citizenship Behavior: Focusing on Public Service Motivation and Organizational Communication

초록

This study empirically analyzes the effects of public service motivation and communication on organizational citizenship behavior for central and local public officials. The difference between this study and previous studies was that it looked closely at the relationship between public service motivation and organizational citizenship behavior, which had something in common in that it pursued the value of altruism. As a result of analysis based on these discussions, it was found that public service motivation and communication within the organization have a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, in the relationship between public service motivation and organizational citizenship behavior, communication within the organization showed a positive moderating effect. Based on these results, this study suggest that establish a system to enhance organizational citizenship behavior by ensuring horizontal communication in public organizations, and to apply individual values ​​to organizational values ​​so that public service motivation can be naturally given to organizational members.
