광역지방자치단체의 갈등관리조례 제정에 미치는 시민사회의 영향에 관한 연구
A Study on the Influence of Civil Society on the Adoption of Conflict Ordinance in Regional Local Governments

초록
This study is an analysis of how civil society affects the enactment of a conflict ordinance by local governments. based on public choice theory, political market theory, and public sphere theory, civil society affects the establishment of conflict ordinance for metropolitan autonomous governments in South Korea. A panel logt model estimation reveals that newspaper articles and NGO make a statistically significant effect. It is confirmed that the civil society affects the enactment of the ordinance by local governments.
