초록
Social enterprises are attracting attention as a new alternative to solving social problems. However, the problem arises that the overall enterprise ecosystem is also unstable because the foundation of the organization is not stable. Under these circumstances, this study empirically analyzes the factors that affect the turnover of social enterprise workers. In particular, the analysis was conducted by focusing on the awareness of social enterprises and government support. According to the analysis, the more social enterprises are perceived as an alternative to social problem solving and social enterprise policies are perceived to contribute to profit creation, the lower the turnover intention. The implications of the analysis results are as follows. First, in order to reduce the intention of social enterprise workers to switch jobs, it is necessary to diversify policy support suitable for types of certification so that social enterprises can solve various social problems. Second, the Ministry of Employment and Labor currently requires public institutions to purchase products from preliminary social enterprises and certified social enterprises, but it is necessary to increase the mandatory purchase ratio of public institutions through consultations with the Ministry of Strategy and Finance and the Ministry of Public Administration and Security. This is because the more public institutions and local public enterprises purchase products from social enterprises, the higher the self-import rate of social enterprises. Third, it is necessary to stress that social enterprises themselves are actively performing roles such as creating quality jobs, operating various programs for the socially disadvantaged, and networking for local co-prosperity, and sharing and spreading related achievements with other enterprises, organizational members, local governments, and local residents.
