초록
In modern society, non-profit organizations actively solve social problems and realize the public value, and members also perform various tasks. This study analyzed the factors that affect job satisfaction of members of these NPOs, focusing on organizational trust and the effects of social problems. As a result of the analysis, the higher the trust in the organization, the better job satisfaction. Interest in social problems has a positive effect on job satisfaction, and it was found that Among social problems, the higher the seriousness of social risks, the higher the job satisfaction. Therefore, it is necessary to build a design that leads to job satisfaction by increasing person-organization fit(P-O fit), and to identify social problems that are seriously recognized by members and promote a work method that can carry out projects related to the social problems.
