- Abstract
- 본연구는 저층주거지역의 주택 출입구를 대상으로 범죄두려움과 관련된 주요 물리적 환경요인을 파악하고자 설문조사와 시선추적실험을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 범죄두려움과 관련된 환경 요인의 수는, 동일한 물리적 조건이라 하더라도, 주간에 비해 야간에 상대적으로 더 많았다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 주요 물리적 환경 요인은 구체적으로 CCTV 표지판, 건물 앞 도로, 출입구 바닥, 조명, 창문으로 나타났다. 본 연구는, 공간이용자가 직관적으로 인식하는 물리적 환경요인을 파악하고, 범죄두려움과의 관계를 분석하였다는 것에 그 의미가 있다.
