사회적 협동조합의 사회적 가치 창출 영향요인 분석 : 조직 내부요인과 지방정부 역량을 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구는 조직 내부요인과 지방정부 역량에 따른 사회적 협동조합 의 사회적 가치 창출 영향요인을 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 사회 적 가치를 정량화된 지표로 살펴보기 위해 취약계층 고용 인원을 활 용하였다. 분석결과, 조직의 풍부한 여유자원과 활발한 네트워크는 사 회적 협동조합의 사회적 가치 창출을 높이나, 지방정부의 역량은 사 회적 가치 창출에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이 러한 결과는 지방정부 역량에 따른 사회적 협동조합에 대한 지원에 있어 다양성보다는 정책의 효과성에 대한 고민이 보다 요구됨을 의미 한다. 이에 본 연구는 사회적 협동조합의 사회적 가치 창출은 조직 본연의 노력과 동시에 사회적 협동조합을 실질적으로 지원할 수 있는 지방정부의 적합한 정책수단이 필요함을 시사한다.

This study empirically analyzes social value creation in social cooperatives according to internal organizational factors and local government capacity. Employment in the vulnerable class was used to look at social values. As a result of the analysis, organizations that have abundant resources and active networks increase the social value of social cooperatives. However, the capacity of local governments was shown to have no significant impact on social value creation. These results suggest that policies to support social cooperatives should support change more effectively. Thus, this study proposes that social value creation in social cooperatives requires appropriate local government policy that can substantially support social cooperatives simultaneously to an organization's own efforts.
